Concentrix is offering a Hybrid role in Sofia for a Customer Advisor. You will relocate and join a team that values soft skills to help make the world a better place. The role includes handling payments, direct debits, and customer inquiries with robust onboarding and training support.

Requirements include Dutch language (C1) and English (B1), along with strong communication, detail orientation, and good computer skills. Working hours are weekdays 09:30–18:00.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with common software/tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for balances, direct debits, and scheme changes.
• Process written customer requests and ensure direct debit accuracy.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
