Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia for a hybrid role, delivering Dutch-language support to our clients.

You will handle calls on balances and direct debits, process written requests, and provide excellent service while enjoying a relocation package, fully paid training, health benefits, and ongoing career development.

Working hours are 09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with a supportive team and modern office near transport links.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with common software.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Working hours Mon-Fri 09:30-18:00.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written customer requests and ensure smooth direct debit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
