Concentrix Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Advisor to start a career in a hybrid role and relocate to Sofia. You will handle customer interactions related to balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications, while delivering courteous service.

Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills. The company offers relocation support, comprehensive onboarding, health and wellbeing programs, and various employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
