Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor to relocate to Sofia and join our hybrid team. You will handle calls about balances, direct debits, and scheme changes, while delivering friendly, professional service.

Requirements include fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1), excellent communication, attention to detail, and solid computer skills. We offer a gross monthly salary of 2,045.17 EUR, relocation support, fully paid training, health benefits, transport allowance, and career

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1).
• Strong communication skills and sharp eye on details.
• Proficient with computers and common office software.
• Willing to work hybrid in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
