Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor for a hybrid role in Sofia. You will engage with customers in Dutch and English, handling balances, direct debits, and process changes while delivering excellent service.

This position includes relocation support, full initial training paid by the company, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work hours are standard business days with a 1-hour break.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills with common software/tools

Responsabilités

• Handle customer calls regarding balances, direct debits, and plan changes
• Process written requests and ensure smooth direct debit operations
• Maintain high-quality administrative standards and customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
