Concentrix Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Advisor in Sofia for a hybrid role. You will engage with customers in Dutch and English, handling payments, direct debits, and requests while delivering high-quality service.

The position offers relocation support, a comprehensive training program, and professional development within a global company.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B1) required.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Computer skills and familiarity with office tools.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 09:30–18:00

Responsabilités

• Handle calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications.
• Manage written requests and ensure seamless direct debit processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers by handling the calls for outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications
• Manage written requests from the customers and ensure seamless direct debit processes
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1 - verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Great communication skills and sharp eye on details
• Computer skills including software's and tools
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 09:30 - 18:00 (1 hour break)
