Shotgun is seeking an Apprenticeship CRM Ops / HubSpot Administrator in Paris/Marseille, hybrid. You’ll join Global Operations to ensure CRM reliability, lifecycle logic, and data quality across markets, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and country relays.

You will own data integrity, automate workflows, build lists, train users, and develop dashboards. Fluent French and strong English are required; internship experience in startups is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a strong quantitative major in engineering, business, or a related field.
• For a 1-2 year apprenticeship in Paris/Marseille.
• 6 months startup/scale-up internship experience preferred.
• Rigorous data discipline and a drive to improve CRM quality.
• Desire to master HubSpot and related tooling in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent French; strong English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own data quality across the CRM: deduplication, audits, imports/exports, validation.
• Define and automate Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status; quarterly definition reviews.
• Build segmented lists and maintain naming conventions and hygiene.
• Provide frontline user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Develop reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Collaborate with global ops relays to enforce data-entry standards.
