Prismic is seeking a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to optimize data quality, ownership routing, and lifecycle workflows across Sales and Marketing. You will build dashboards and reporting, and document processes to empower revenue teams.

Hybrid role based in Europe with in-office days in Paris; 3 days per week, with potential adjustments after 6 months. Competitive daily rate and hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales and Marketing Hub: workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, lead routing and rotation, deduplication and reporting.
• Strong implementer who can take defined rules and build them reliably and quickly.
• Experience building marketing operations in HubSpot: campaigns, forms, landing pages, nurture workflows, enrichment and lead/account scoring.

Responsabilités

• Keep data clean, complete and structured; set up record structures and views.
• Implement and maintain account ownership and routing across teams; keep ownership accurate.
• Build, maintain and document HubSpot workflows across lifecycle stages; ensure reliability.
