Prismic is seeking a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to optimize data quality, ownership routing, and lifecycle workflows across Sales and Marketing. You will build dashboards and reporting, and document processes to empower revenue teams.
Hybrid role based in Europe with in-office days in Paris; 3 days per week, with potential adjustments after 6 months. Competitive daily rate and hybrid work setup.
Hi, we’re Prismic and we’re designing the future of the web.
We believe in autonomous websites and deeply personalized digital journeys. Our mission is to empower marketers and developers to create empathic web experiences at scale and with soul.
We’re pioneering an entirely new category: the Automation Platform for Websites. It’s what comes after the CMS. Imagine a site that knows your brand by heart and grows itself, continuously optimizing layout and interactions-while staying beautifully on-brand.
Over 5,000 companies trust Prismic, including 300+ enterprise teams who build and scale with us. We’re product-obsessed, community-powered, and backed by top-tier investors.
We work with thrilling problems like encoding brand voice and visual identity into adaptive systems, designing agentic AI architectures that drive growth, creating tools that let marketers build empathetic flows without code, process automation with AI, etc.
Prismic runs its go-to-market motions, sales, customer success, marketing and partnerships (BDR, AE, CSM, APM, Field Marketing), on HubSpot. We’re looking for a hands‑on HubSpot Administrator (contract) who knows the tool inside out and can implement what we need: clean data, reliable routing and workflows, accurate reporting, and clear documentation.
You’ll work closely with our revenue and marketing teams, who set the rules and priorities, and you’ll turn them into a well‑built, well‑maintained HubSpot that the whole team can trust as the single source of truth.
Days/week: 3 days per week (can be reduce to 2 days per week after 6 month (cleaning phase), depending on events)
Location/timezone: Ideally Paris or aligned time zones
Rate: 350 to 550 €/day depending on experience
Keep company and contact data clean, complete and consistent: deduplication, standardized properties, accurate lifecycle stages, and the required‑field and lead‑status rules we set. Set up record structures and views so each team sees what's relevant to them.
Implement and maintain our account ownership and routing logic across BDR, AE, APM and CSM, including outbound Book‑of‑Business setup, event leads and inbound leads. Keep ownership accurate as people and accounts change, and make sure inbound leads reach the right owner reliably.
Build, maintain and document HubSpot workflows across the lead, sales and customer lifecycle, from lead capture and routing through to renewals. Make sure automations fire reliably, and keep clear documentation of what each workflow does.
Set up the renewals automation and post‑sale handoffs we define, and make sure active customer accounts are protected from prospecting outreach.
Set up and standardize the marketing engine in HubSpot: campaign setup (landing pages, forms, sequences, follow‑up logic), and a repeatable process for launching lead‑generation assets, partner campaigns and gated content. Implement the lead enrichment process (including via Clay), ICP‑fit evaluation, and the lead and account scoring models we define, and maintain them as the logic evolves. Build the nurturing workflows and the marketing‑to‑sales handoff that turn engagement signals (content downloads, event attendance, form submissions, website visits) into follow‑up tasks and alerts for sales.
Maintain HubSpot's connections to our wider GTM stack (including enrichment tooling such as Clay) so data stays consistent and HubSpot remains the single source of truth.
Build and maintain dashboards for sales, CS, marketing and leadership on clean, consistently defined data, and keep existing reporting fit for purpose.
Document how things are set up: required fields, ownership and routing logic, workflows and processes, so the team can follow them.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with high‑level strategic accounts and engage with C‑level executives across world‑leading companies.
As a core part of our growing Customer Success team, you will play a key role in scaling revenue during an exciting phase of growth, with a strong focus on expansion opportunities.
This role gives you autonomy and ownership of a high‑potential portfolio, with strong internal support from cross‑functional teams.
Join a fast‑growing company with ambitious goals to shape the future of web development.
also, other benefits that may depend on the country you're based in
This role follows a hybrid model with mandatory in‑office days at least once per quarter, communicated in advance.
Opportunities to spend time at our Paris office.
Regular virtual events and global meetings to stay connected.
A relaxed and informal atmosphere where you can thrive, grow, and keep learning.
