Land&Monkeys in Paris is seeking a bakery contributor to prepare savory products, finish pastries, and bake viennoiseries. You will support daily production setup and help with orders, checks, and inventory. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Working closely with the shop manager, you will be responsible for preparing savory products (sandwiches, salads, quiches, hot dishes, soups, etc.), finishing certain pastries, and baking and proofing viennoiseries. You will ensure the daily setup of production and contribute to order placement, receiving checks, and inventory procedures. You will adhere to hygiene and safety standards at your workstation. Ultimately, you will contribute to the overall success of the shop, promoting a more sustainable bakery model.
