Land&Monkeys in France is seeking a dedicated bakery team member to prepare savory products (sandwiches, salads, quiches, hot dishes, soups) and finish pastries, while baking and proofing viennoiseries. You will set up production daily and assist with orders, receiving checks, and inventory, ensuring hygiene and safety at your workstation.

Available immediately and full-time (35 hours per week), weekend and holiday work are required.

• Experience as a food preparer, caterer or cook.
• Committed, reliable, and helpful attitude.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Working closely with the shop manager, you will be responsible for preparing savory products (sandwiches, salads, quiches, hot dishes, soups, etc.), finishing certain pastries, and baking and proofing viennoiseries. You will ensure the daily setup of production and contribute to order placement, receiving checks, and inventory procedures. You will adhere to hygiene and safety standards at your workstation. Finally, you will contribute to the overall success of the shop, promoting a more sustainable bakery model. This is a 35-hour/week position.
