Land&Monkeys is seeking a Store Head in Paris to lead the team in sales and production with energy and a positive attitude. You will organize schedules, manage supplier orders, and ensure stock and hygiene standards are upheld.

The role requires at least two years in retail management, comfort with Excel and Google Drive, and a proactive approach to boosting shop performance. Weekend work and proximity to Paris conditions apply.

You’re the head honcho of the store! Your role is to lead your team in sales and production with enthusiasm and a positive attitude! You ensure the smooth implementation of operational procedures and the commercial success of your store. You manage all the employees you recruit, train, and support throughout their careers. You organize their schedules according to the productivity targets set by management. You are responsible for your store’s profit margin; as such, you set production volumes and ensure supplier orders are placed, as well as receiving checks and inventory procedures. You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards within the store. You manage B2B clients, delivery platforms, partners, and service providers. Finally, you are the link between the teams, management, and the Land&Monkeys head office.

You have at least two years of experience in a retail management role. Are you comfortable using computer tools (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)?
