Land&Monkeys in Paris is seeking a capable retail manager second-in-command to support the store manager, guarantee top customer experience, train teams, and uphold store procedures.

You will drive inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with hygiene standards while promoting sustainability. Weekend and holiday work is required, and opportunities exist for advancement. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus opportunities, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• You’re the second-in-command in a bakery store, supporting the store manager.
• You have some initial experience in a retail management role.
• You’re comfortable using computer tools such as Excel and Google Drive.

• Train and mentor sales teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Guarantee proper implementation of operational procedures by sales teams.
