Job summary

The Social Hub in Paris is looking for a Connector Intern to welcome guests and help turn our space into a thriving community hub. You will work with the Community & Events Manager to plan and run events, manage leads, and keep records up to date.

Ideal for a student who loves people, is outgoing, and fluent in English and French. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and contribute to events.

Responsibilities

• Be the eyes and ears of the community with the Community & Events Manager for events and activations.
• Give engaging tours of the space to potential coworkers.
• Coordinate leads and convert them into new memberships while keeping records organized.
• Tidy shared spaces and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
• Collaborate with other teams (F&B, reception, commercial).
• Support coworkers and potential members with needs around the space and pick up new skills.
• Help launch new initiatives or events for the community with support from the team.
• Actively connect members, students, coworking, hotel and extended stay communities.
• Assist in creating and orchestrating events from idea to on-day setup and teardown.
• Attend networking events and help with reporting for headquarters.
