Valsoft seeks a senior operations leader to drive growth across sales, R&D, customer care, professional services, and HR. You will work with the leadership team to define and execute strategic plans, improve operating performance, and oversee integration of acquired companies.

You will be accountable for the company’s results, focusing on operational excellence, customer success, and long-term value creation across a growing software portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the software/tech sector.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Hands-on approach to managing daily operations and improving operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Own long-range, annual, and quarterly goals across the portfolio.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision for growth, profitability, and customer care.
• Manage day-to-day operations including sales performance, forecasting, and R&D capacity.
• Attend promotional events such as tradeshows and panels.
• Lead strategic initiatives for M&A integration and post-acquisition transformation.
