Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Chef De Partie to supervise and oversee the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality. The role requires a passion for top-tier culinary standards and delivering guest experiences centered on excellence.

You will supervise a team, set up the section, manage production and storage, and place orders as activity dictates during the 39-hour seasonal contract at this luxury resort in Megève.

Qualifications

• Previous similar working experience.
• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
• Carry out and ensure the set-up of ther section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
• Manage production and product storage.
• Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.
