Station F is seeking an Account Management Lead (Card-Linked) to drive growth of our merchant network and oversee a team of Account Managers. You will report to the VP Card-Linked and collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product and Data teams to align on strategy and execution.

You will hire, train, and coach the team, shape revenue targets and OKRs, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance partner value, pricing, and efficiency. Paris-based, with possibilities for partial remote.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in business roles (startup/tech) in sales or account management.
• Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 3 Account Managers with ambition to grow to 6 full-time hires.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and managing key strategic projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, Product and Data teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead negotiations with top partners and maintain long-lasting relationships.
