Hager Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the Group Management System and BPM platforms. You will manage governance, user support and coordinate enhancements with IT partners, driving digital transformation across sites in Europe.

You will gather requirements, build dashboards and KPIs, and promote adoption via training and change management. Fluency in English plus French or German is required, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in one or several listed areas.
• Experience owning or administering enterprise business platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Comfort working with business users, IT teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with BPM platforms, document management, Power BI or SAC is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Professional English and either French or German.

You will become the functional owner of our management system platforms, helping more than 5,000 users work more efficiently every day while continuously improving our digital ecosystem.

As a Business Systems Analyst (M/F/X) you will report to the Management Systems Senior Manager based in Obernai (France) for a Permanent contract. This position can be based in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany).

What You Will Do

• Act as the functional business owner of the Group Management System and Business Process Management platforms.
• Ensure platform administration, user management, governance and business support for an international community of users.
• Gather business requirements, manage enhancement requests and coordinate platform evolutions with IT partners and software vendors.
• Drive platform governance by maintaining methodologies, templates, document management standards and best practices.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting that transform operational data into meaningful business insights.
• Promote user adoption through communication, training materials, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• You bring around 3 to 6 years of experience in one or several of the following areas:
  • Business Systems Analysis
  • Functional Application Management
  • Product Ownership
  • Business Applications
  • Quality or Management Systems
  • Process Excellence
• You already have experience owning or administering enterprise business platforms and enjoy translating business needs into digital solutions.
• You are comfortable working with business users, IT teams and software vendors to continuously improve digital tools.
• Experience with Business Process Management platforms, document management systems, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar solutions would be a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems (9001, 14001, 45001 or 50001) is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Professional English is required together with either French or German.
