Hager Group is seeking a Manager Events & Visitors Center (m/f/d) to lead and develop the Hager Forum as a premier experience platform. You will translate our brand, culture and solutions into memorable experiences for customers, partners and employees.

Based in Obernai, you will join the Communications Team, report to the Head of Corporate Events & Hager Forum Experience, and drive operations, budgeting and service excellence to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Several years (>7) of experience in customer experience, hospitality, event or venue management, ideally international.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Hager Forum and its overall visitor experience, defining priorities, managing annual planning and budget, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure outstanding and consistent experience for customers, partners, employees and executives.
• Lead and develop the Forum team with a service- and experience-oriented culture and manage resources and performance.
• Act as a key partner to Business Units and translate their needs into Forum experiences while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Oversee operations, budget and resources to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Facility Management for a seamless, safe environment.
• Contribute to experience standards and best practices across Hager.

We are looking for a Manager Events & Visitors Center (Hager Forum) (m/f/d) to lead and further develop the Hager Forum as one of Hager’s key experience platforms.

In this role, you will bring our brand, culture and solutions to life for customers, partners and employees. You will combine experience excellence, hospitality, business partnership and operational leadership to create memorable experiences and ensure the Forum supports Hager’s strategic and business priorities.

As a Manager Events & Visitors Center (m/f/d), you will join our Communications Team and report directly to the Head of Corporate Events & Hager Forum Experience and be based in Obernai (67) for a permanent contract.

You will:

• Lead and further develop the Hager Forum and its overall visitor experience, translating our ambition for “One Hager experience” into practice. You will define priorities, manage the annual planning and budget, ensure operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure an outstanding and consistent experience for customers, partners, employees and executives.
• Lead and develop the Forum team, fostering a strong service- and experience-oriented culture and ensure efficient resource planning and performance management.
• Act as a key partner to Business Units and functions, understanding their needs and translating them into impactful Forum experiences. You will balance priorities, manage the Forum portfolio and ensure all activities support Hager’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the Forum’s operations, budget and resources, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Real Estate and Facility Management and other partners to ensure a seamless, safe and high-quality environment.
• Contribute to the further development of experience standards and best practices across Hager.

What you ideally bring with you

• A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Several years (>7) of experience in customer experience, hospitality, event or venue management, ideally in an international environment.
• Proven leadership experience in a dynamic environment as well as strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budget management and operational planning.
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Strong service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with senior executives and external guests.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
