Hager Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the Group Management System and BPM platforms. You will manage governance, user support and coordinate enhancements with IT partners, driving digital transformation across sites in Europe.

You will gather requirements, build dashboards and KPIs, and promote adoption via training and change management. Fluency in English plus French or German is required, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in one or several listed areas.
• Experience owning or administering enterprise business platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Comfort working with business users, IT teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with BPM platforms, document management, Power BI or SAC is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Professional English and either French or German.

• Act as the functional owner of Group Management System and BPM platforms.
• Oversee platform administration, user management, governance and support for an international user base.
• Gather requirements, manage enhancements and coordinate evolutions with IT partners and vendors.
• Drive platform governance with methodologies, templates and document standards.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs turning data into business insights.
• Promote user adoption with training materials and continuous improvement initiatives.
