Hager Group is seeking a Customer Data & Analytics Specialist to lead the development and governance of a robust customer data ecosystem. You will create a trusted Single Customer View and translate data into meaningful business insights to inform marketing, sales and customer experience strategies.

The role focuses on data governance, quality, and advanced analytics, including segmentation, churn prediction, and forecasting, with collaboration across Marketing, CRM, Digital, and IT teams.

• 5+ years in Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Management, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms, governance and data quality.
• Proven predictive analytics: segmentation, churn, propensity, forecasting.

In this position, you will ensure the availability, quality, governance, and activation of customer data across the organization. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you will enable smarter decision-making, more personalized customer engagement, and stronger business performance.

As a Customer Data & Analytics Specialist you will report to the Insights & Analytics Senior Manager in the Insight & Analytics department based in Paris or Obernai (67) for a permanent contract.

Your Mission

As a Customer Data & Analytics Specialist, you will develop and govern a robust customer data ecosystem that supports marketing, sales, and customer experience objectives. You will be instrumental in building a trusted Single Customer View and translating customer data into meaningful business insights.

Your Key Responsibilities

Own and Enhance the Single Customer View (SCV)

• Lead the continuous development and optimization of the Single Customer View.
• Ensure accurate, enriched, and deduplicated customer profiles across systems.
• Govern customer data flows and data architecture.
• Implement monitoring processes and improvement plans to maintain data integrity.

Drive Data Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Define and maintain customer data governance standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and consent management requirements.
• Conduct data quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Guarantee data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.

Deliver Customer Analytics & Advanced Insights

• Develop customer segmentation, churn prediction, propensity, and forecasting models.
• Analyze customer behavior, journeys, and lifecycle evolution.
• Support customer personalization and customer experience initiatives.
• Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques to generate business insights.

Activate Insights & Support Business Decisions

• Prioritize and manage analytics requests from stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into actionable analytical solutions.
• Support campaign targeting, customer engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Present recommendations through impactful data storytelling and visualizations.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Sales, Product Management, and IT teams.
• Ensure alignment of customer data initiatives with strategic business priorities.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Management, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong expertise in customer data platforms, data governance, data quality management, and data modelling.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, including SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Eloqua, Qualtrics, and Python and/or R.
• Proven experience in predictive analytics, including customer segmentation, churn analysis, propensity modelling, and forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights through compelling data storytelling.
• Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics techniques to enhance customer intelligence and business performance.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the building or electrical industry would be a distinct advantage.
