Lightspeed Commerce in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with our accounts, introducing them to Lightspeed’s product suite to optimize their solutions.

The role, based in Paris with a hybrid model, requires leading customer conversations, guiding upgrades, and driving adoption across Lightspeed products. Strong English/French, sales experience, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management with sales quotas.
• Knowledge of solution-based consultative selling in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Fluent in French with professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Sell Lightspeed Payments to our existing customer base.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for your customers.
• Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path to advanced platforms.
• Demonstrate Lightspeed software solutions from core POS to modules and upgrades.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow your book of business.
• Track key metrics like added MRR and net retention.
