Lightspeed Commerce in Paris is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain lasting relationships with Lightspeed's accounts and to introduce them to Lightspeed’s suite of products and integrations.

You will sell Lightspeed Payments to existing customers, guide upgrade paths, demonstrate core POS products and modules, negotiate contracts, and track metrics like MRR and net retention. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or similar roles with a sales quota.
• Experience in solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce and manage pipeline.
• Strong communication with executives.
• Excellent time management.
• Fluent in French & English.

Responsabilités

• Sell Lightspeed Payments to existing customers.
• Serve as lead point of contact for customers.
• Guide customers through upgrading from basic platforms to advanced platforms.
• Demonstrate software solutions from core POS to modules and upgrades.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow the book of business.
• Track metrics like added MRR and net retention.
