BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in France to deliver first- and second-level assistance for end users. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage help desk tickets, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clear status communications.

The role requires fluency in French and English (B2+), several years in IT, and a valid work permit for France. You will support desktops, printers, and basic networking, and work with colleagues in a fast-paced environment to resolve

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid work permit in France
• Several years of experience in the IT field
• Fluency in French & English language (Min B2 Level)

Responsabilités

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software
