Sézane in Paris 7ème is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (M/F) for a part-time 3-month fixed-term contract (24 hours/week) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane's journey. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, with 1 day per week in remote work.

You will respond to customer inquiries across channels, provide clear product information, handle complaints with empathy, and suggest improvements to the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Polish.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Able to handle a high volume of requests with rigor and empathy.
• Positive, patient, rigorous and organized, team player.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels (email, WhatsApp).
• Adopt a proactive approach toward our customers, with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Proactively suggest initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes.
• Provide high-quality product information (features, availability, etc.) or any other useful details, communicate clearly on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges) and ensure proper follow-up.
