S Sézane is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (M/F) for a 3-month fixed-term contract (39 hours/week). The role is based in Paris 7ème, with 2 days per week worked remotely.

You will respond to customer inquiries across channels, maintain service excellence, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the customer journey. Fluent English and Polish are essential, with an excellent command of Dutch for daily use.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Polish required.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Agile and able to handle a high volume of requests with rigor and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels (email, WhatsApp).
• Proactively improve customer experience and suggest initiatives.
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes.
• Provide high-quality product information and communicate procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Work on Saturdays as part of the schedule.
