Sézane is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Paris team on a 3-month fixed-term contract (39 hours/week). The role blends in-person presence in Paris 7e with two remote days per week to support high-quality customer service.

You will respond to inquiries in English and Polish across channels, provide product information, manage returns and exchanges, and propose improvements to the customer experience with rigor and empathy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Polish is required.
• Strong writing and grammar skills are essential.
• Able to handle high volume with rigor and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Provide proactive, high-quality product information and guidance on procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Resolve complaints and improve overall customer experience.
