Job summary

Sézane in Paris is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (M/F) for a part-time 3-month fixed-term contract (24 hours/week). The role is based in Paris 7e, with one remote day per week. Working days are Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.

You will respond to customer inquiries across channels, provide product information, handle complaints, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with strong writing and empathy.
