• Match artists with the best plan for their needs and stage.
• Build trust over the phone and via email with empathy and confidence.
• Understand artists' challenges to support them over time.
• Handle a high volume of conversations and follow-ups.
• Track activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Share feedback on artists' needs, trends, and competition.
• Refine sales techniques to improve conversion rate.
