Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison to nurture relationships with its artist community in Paris. You will engage artists, understand their needs and help them maximize value from the platform, guiding onboarding and ongoing success.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and manage high-volume outreach by phone, email and messaging, building trust and driving retention and revenue growth. With excellent communication, organizational skills and a data-driven mindset, you will track

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales or support).
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls and proactive outreach.
• Strong written and spoken English, with proficiency in another language (e.g., German, French, Spanish or Italian).
• Ability to build trust, communicate value and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact artists by phone, email and messaging to engage and support them.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation and objectives.
• Lead retention conversations and guide artists through onboarding, profile optimization and first-sale support.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and internal tools for reporting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the artist experience.
• Identify opportunities to reduce churn and contribute to retention targets.
