Job summary

Singulart, Paris-based online marketplace for fine art, is offering a 6-month Customer Care internship. You will manage post-sale communications and support clients to ensure a seamless experience.

You will work closely with Sales and Logistics, using HubSpot CRM, and you should be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Start of August, weekend day per month required.

Qualifications

• 6-month internship duration in Customer Care.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and professionalism.
• Interest in Art/Luxury sectors and customer relations.
• Familiarity with IT tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing all post-sale communication with clients.
• Keeping post-sale tasks up to date and providing regular updates.
• Apply the right tone of voice with empathy and professionalism.
