Job summary

Singulart, Paris-based online marketplace for fine art, is offering a 6-month Customer Care internship. You will manage post-sale communications and support clients to ensure a seamless experience.

You will work closely with Sales and Logistics, using HubSpot CRM, and you should be fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Start of August, weekend day per month required.

Qualifications

• 6-month internship duration in Customer Care.
• Fluency in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and professionalism.
• Interest in Art/Luxury sectors and customer relations.
• Familiarity with IT tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.

In this context, we are looking for smart, process-organized, customer-focused individuals to make our clients super happy within our Customer Care Team.

Please note that the duration of this internship is 6 months, and one weekend day is required per month.

Your responsibilities:

Managing all post-sale communication with your clients

Keeping up to date on all post-sale tasks and proactively reaching out with regular updates to accompany clients

Apply the right tone of voice in each situation regarding our quality standards: whether the customer is happy or angry, you respond to their emotions with empathy and professionalism

Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to anticipate issues and create a seamless experience

Fluency in Englishand Italian expected, additional language(s) are a strong plus: Spanish and/or Italian

You have a taste for customer relations
