Job summary

Hôtel Le Tremplin in Morzine is seeking a Bar Person to join our busy, year-round hotel, restaurant and bar team. You will welcome guests, mix drinks to the menu, and deliver high-standard service in a fast-paced, alpine setting.

Working 42 hours a week with two days off, you’ll enjoy staff accommodation, company health insurance, full training, and uniform provided. Starts around 16 December 2026, with a competitive €2,500 gross per month.

Position: Bar Person

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a genuine passion for bartending and a commitment to delivering impeccable service in line with our establishment’s high standards.

Le Tremplin features an indoor bar serving the various dining areas (breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails), as well as high-volume outdoor après-ski bars.

The bar team will include bartenders dedicated exclusively to the indoor bar, others assigned to the high-volume outdoor après-ski bars, and versatile team members who can work across different areas depending on service requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all necessary preparations for the day ahead.
• Consistently provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Advise guests on their choice of drinks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas for guests, yourself and your colleagues, before, during and after service.
• Prepare all hot and cold drinks on the menu, strictly following established measurements, recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
• Process customer payments.
• Ensure every service meets our specifications and service protocols.
• Promote a positive, supportive team culture and embody our values every day.
• Foster a collaborative, modern and forward-thinking work environment where everyone is encouraged to perform at their best.
• Deliver outstanding service that makes Le Tremplin a place where guests love to spend time and establishes it as a leading destination in the Alps.

Further Requirements:

• Provide direct service to guests at the indoor bar.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure efficient drinks service in the dining areas.
• Promote the daily specials and advise guests on the drinks menu.
• Exceed guests’ expectations with exceptional drinks and outstanding service.
• Deliver fast, efficient service in a high-volume bar environment.
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere, engage with guests and make every après-ski session a fun and memorable experience.
