Job summary

Hôtel Le Tremplin in Morzine is seeking a Bar Assistant to join our busy year-round hotel, restaurant and bar team. You will support bar operations, prep garnishes, stock and assist bartenders while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Fluency in French and English is preferred, and experience in fast-paced hospitality helps. We offer training, uniforms, health insurance, and opportunities to grow within a welcoming alpine team.

Position: Bar Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Bar Assistant with a passion for service to join our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The establishment features an indoor bar serving the dining areas (breakfast, meals, and cocktails) as well as high-volume outdoor après-ski bars.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Bar Manager and bartenders, you play an active role in the smooth operation of the bar:

• Set up and stock the bar prior to service.
• Prepare necessary garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and cocktails.
• Clear and clean work areas.
• Replenish stock during service.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Help maintain a warm, festive, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure every service meets our specifications and service protocols.
• Foster a collaborative, modern, and forward-looking work environment where everyone is encouraged to perform at their best.
• Deliver outstanding service that makes Le Tremplin a great place to be—a premier destination in the Alps.
• Promote a supportive culture and embody our values in your daily work.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or bar industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English preferred.
