Job summary

Hôtel Le Tremplin in Morzine is seeking a Bar Assistant to join our busy year-round hotel, restaurant and bar team. You will support bar operations, prep garnishes, stock and assist bartenders while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests.

Fluency in French and English is preferred, and experience in fast-paced hospitality helps. We offer training, uniforms, health insurance, and opportunities to grow within a welcoming alpine team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, or bar industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar prior to service.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and cocktails.
• Ensure cleanliness and health & safety standards.
