Job summary

Hôtel Le Tremplin in Morzine is seeking a Bar Person to join our busy, year-round hotel, restaurant and bar team. You will welcome guests, mix drinks to the menu, and deliver high-standard service in a fast-paced, alpine setting.

Working 42 hours a week with two days off, you’ll enjoy staff accommodation, company health insurance, full training, and uniform provided. Starts around 16 December 2026, with a competitive €2,500 gross per month.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary preparations for the day ahead.
• Provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Advise guests on drinks and ensure menu knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas during service.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks following recipes and standards.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages.
• Process customer payments and ensure service quality.
