JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across properties. The role emphasizes health and safety, invoicing, contractor coordination, and client reporting with regular on-site visits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in facilities or property management, be fluent in French and English, and be comfortable coordinating with vendors and clients to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Background in vendor management and contract coordination preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promotes high satisfaction by promptly responding to service requirements of client users.
• Located on-site and coordinate with vendors, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Manage Building Management Systems, PM Schedules, Task System, EHS and quality compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements including health & safety.
• Travel to various locations to maintain operational standards.
