Singulart is seeking an Artist Care Representative to be on the front line of its relationship with artists. You will handle incoming requests via our ticketing system and ensure fast, helpful, high-quality support.

You’ll work with the Artist Success team and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Sales to resolve more complex cases and improve processes. Fluency in English is essential; another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• People-first approach: build trust with artists via empathetic responses.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple artist interactions.
• Problem-solving: keep conversations moving forward.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email outreach platforms.

Responsabilités

• Ticket Management: Respond to incoming artist requests via our support tool.
• Handle simple tickets autonomously with the assistance of our AI tool.
• Identify and escalate complex tickets, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented answers to artists.
• Share feedback and insights with Customer Success and Product teams.
• Help improve internal documentation, knowledge base, and support workflows.
