• Identify and escalate complex tickets, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented replies to artists.
• Share insights on recurring issues with Customer Success and Product teams.
• Help improve internal docs, knowledge base, and workflows.
