Qualifications

• Proven track record in RFP/bid management, preferably in AI, tech, or public sector environments.
• Experience in the Middle East and EU Governments is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Collaborative with stakeholders to translate technical and commercial requirements into persuasive proposals.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
• Support commercial deals by structuring AI solutions aligned with pricing and client needs.
• Serve as the central hub between GTM/Sales, Product, Engineering/Research, Legal & Compliance, and Delivery/Professional Services.
• Ensure proposals reflect product capabilities, roadmap alignment, and client expectations.
