Mistral.ai is seeking a Solution Operations professional to act as a strategic business partner for the Solution team, driving end-to-end staffing and optimizing capacity across geographies. You will design data-driven staffing plans and scalable processes, partnering with leadership to support scalable pre-sales and post-sales motions with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic operations, staffing or chief of staff in technical sales or services.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and KPIs.
• Experience in staffing/resource management is a plus.
• Strong analytics with Salesforce, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• BA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Develop forward-looking staffing strategies aligned with forecasts.
