Mistral AI is seeking a skilled RFP/bid manager to lead end-to-end response processes and coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal and security teams. You will ensure proposals meet customer requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards while building a library of reusable content for future bids.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading RFP/bid management, preferably in AI, tech, or public sector environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate inputs from diverse teams and maintain documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive client proposals.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software domains is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end RFP/bid response processes, ensuring quality and on-time submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal, security and delivery teams.
• Ensure responses meet customer requirements and deadlines with minimal compliance gaps.
• Develop a library of reusable RFP content including security and compliance docs.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to structure scalable AI solutions and pricing.
