Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and execute end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email, from onboarding to reactivation. You will join the Growth team and partner with Product, Data, and Brand to drive activation and long-term value.

The role emphasizes AI-driven personalization, continuous experimentation, and strong cross-channel coordination, with a remote-friendly setup and opportunities to scale globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficient with Braze, Iterable or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and cohort/funnel interpretation.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

• Design and run lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email.
• Own onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Build cross-channel journeys and segmentation with data team.
• Lead AI-driven personalization and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Brand and UA teams.
