Joko is seeking a Campaign & CRM Intern to drive our B2C moments across push, email and in-app channels. You will collaborate with Brand, B2B and Product teams to deliver personalized experiences and impactful campaigns.

You will plan and launch campaigns, design homepage merchandising, contribute to content with AI tools, support flagship promotions, and monitor performance to drive data-driven improvements. French and English required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or communications with a marketing focus.
• 6-month internship period.
• Native-level French and proficient English, both written and spoken.
• Curious about data, automation, and how AI can improve campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Plan and launch B2C campaigns across push, email, and in-app channels.
• Own homepage merchandising assets to optimize reach of deals.
• Contribute to our content factory with Brand and AI tools, from ideation to production.
• Support flagship campaigns (e.g., Black Friday/seasonal events) from concept to execution.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and turn data into actionable optimizations.
