Jobgether is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager based in France to own the CRM strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation. You will drive segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to turn a large global user base into a measurable revenue channel.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience scaling CRM programs and driving measurable revenue in a growth environment.
• Strong B2C growth background with high-volume engagement and direct revenue impact.
• Hands-on ability to build segments, journeys, experiments, and performance analyses.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, first purchase, retention, and reactivation.
• Analyze behavioral data to identify disengagement, conversion opportunities, and barriers to purchase.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, promotional, offer, and follow-up journeys to increase conversion.
• Develop segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing to boost purchases and LTV.
• Run structured experiments, measure impact, and scale learnings into new growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
