Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Strategy and Delivery Lead in Paris to guide end-to-end engagements across the value lifecycle. You will define AI strategy, lead workshops, and oversee deployment with a focus on responsible AI and value realization.

You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, manage multiple workstreams, and travel up to 25% to client sites, delivering measurable business outcomes in varied industries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end — from discovery through measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project/programme management skills with multi-workstream leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle from Identify to Consume and own outcomes.
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and agent design sessions.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with governance baked in.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within your engagement scope.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate development.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, presenting value-focused outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Assess customer AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits.
• Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback shaping the AI platform roadmap.
