Qualifications

• Production experience in delivering AI solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Customer-facing delivery experience (consulting or professional services).
• Full-stack development experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop agent AI and experiences that perform real actions for real organizations.
• Design prompts, reasoning paths, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs moving quickly to deployables.
• Co-build with customers and partners to elevate their capabilities after engagements.
• Highlight platform gaps and insights to engineers and product teams.
