Workday in Paris is seeking an AI Deployment Architect to design end-to-end AI transformations for our largest customers, connecting Sana Enterprise AI, Native AI Agents, and Agent Builder Platform to deliver measurable ROI.

You will guide executive sponsors, shape AI-enabled processes, and lead functional workstreams through preparation, activation, and adoption, ensuring scalable, ethical, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven solutions in enterprise context.
• 5+ years in enterprise software consulting or functional implementation with multi-country projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI transformations for complex customers.
• Lead functional workstreams and discovery workshops.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve AI agents and platforms.
• Ensure data models, security, and integration patterns support AI use cases.
