Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption of our AI solutions from strategy through production implementation. You will work with senior executives to design roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver production-grade solutions, and ensure successful transitions from presales to postsales.

You will build value by leading executive workshops, crafting adoption plans, and guiding customers toward scalable deployment, while managing pilots and driving ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales).
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
• Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges where AI can drive improvements.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the path to value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify ROI, and align solutions with objectives.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating models and platform into workflows and infrastructure.
• Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production.
• Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value to enable full-scale deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding AI strategy and value realization.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts for long-term partnerships.
• Bridge customers and internal teams to influence product and research roadmaps.
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts.
• Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and on-site deployment.
