Ayvens is seeking an Experienced AI Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across the organization, driving training, enablement and change initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance. You will bridge business and technology, manage the AI demand pipeline and lead AI initiatives from idea to value realization.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, CS, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience leading AI adoption, governance, and change management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate AI adoption initiatives, including training and enablement.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance and risk frameworks.
• Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, with business cases and tracking.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, risk, legal, and SG teams.
• Drive communications and change management for clear, aligned AI programs.
• Monitor delivery at scale and accelerate go-live timelines.
